These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“User”, “you”), and MSW Presents Tech (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), stating the terms governing your access to and use of the XDrama TV mobile application, website (https://xdramatv.mswpresents.tech), and media delivery network (collectively, the “Services”).
This document is an electronic record generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. By downloading, installing, launching, or accessing any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue use of the Services.
2. User Eligibility (Strictly 18+ Only)

4. Personal License Grant & Scope
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, MSW Presents Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the XDrama TV application on your personal Android device solely for personal, non-commercial streaming entertainment.
Strict License Limitations
This license is strictly for transient viewing. You may NOT:
- Reproduce, copy, broadcast, distribute, rebroadcast, or publicly display any drama episodes.
- Capture, screen-record, rip, download, or re-encode video feeds from the player.
- Attempt to disrupt, bypass, or tamper with app security or access controls.
- Use the Services for any commercial profit, screening, or pay-per-view venue.
5. Intellectual Property & Content Protection
All video clips, series episodes, storylines, audio tracks, digital graphics, brand logos, code, and UI layouts available on XDrama TV are protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable intellectual property laws.
Content Protection Policy
You agree not to copy, record, capture, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any drama episodes or platform assets. Users are strictly prohibited from using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract video files or metadata from the Services, or attempting to interfere with the normal delivery and operation of the streaming platform.
6. In-App Features, Virtual Items & Billing
XDrama TV offers a vast collection of free episodes supported by advertising. Where optional premium passes, ad-free viewing, or digital coins are made available:
- Google Play In-App Billing: All financial transactions are processed exclusively through Google Play's authorized billing system. We never access, handle, or store your credit card or bank details.
- Virtual Items: Digital coins, passes, or episode unlocks represent a limited license and hold no monetary cash value outside the XDrama TV ecosystem.
- Refund Policy: All digital in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by Google Play Store Refund Policies or statutory consumer protection laws.
7. Advertisements & Google AdMob Notice
Our free viewing tier is supported by third-party advertisements delivered through Google AdMob and certified advertising networks.
These ads may include native banners, interstitial trailers, and rewarded video ads. You acknowledge that MSW Presents Tech does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party products, services, or websites advertised by external sponsors. Any purchases or engagements you enter into with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party.
8. Prohibited Conduct & Abuse Prevention
In using XDrama TV, you expressly agree NOT to:
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to copy or harvest video files, images, or metadata.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overburden our streaming services or servers.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the XDrama TV mobile application.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security features, licensing controls, or access restrictions.
- Use the services for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized commercial purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate app access for any user who violates these rules.
9. Disclaimers of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED STREAMING, OR FREEDOM FROM TRANSMISSION ERRORS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MSW PRESENTS TECH, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, OR BANDWIDTH OVERAGE CHARGES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR TEN US DOLLARS ($10.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS LESS.
10. Copyright Protection & DMCA Takedown Procedure
We respect the intellectual property of artists and rights holders. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been made available on XDrama TV in a manner that constitutes infringement, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent at:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
